Employability assessment is the process of assessing an individual’s employment potential and helping them develop a realistic and achievable employment plan if employment is possible. The EA identifies potential occupational goals, provides recommendations for skills upgrading, provides labour market analysis, and develops recommendations for return to paid employment.
The EA involves gathering information on individuals’ work history, education and training, skills, occupational interests, medical limitations and abilities as well as comprehensive analysis of the labour market and employment outlook.
The EA can also measure an individual’s employment potential before and after an accident, with a view towards determining the impact of the accident on the worker’s employability. Our EA reports and expertise have been used successfully in legal and quasi-legal venues.
