Stress Smart, Work Smart

This presentation provides individuals with the ability to recognize the signs and symptoms of stress as well as skills to manage and reduce stress for themselves and others.

Mental Health Initial Intervention

The Mental Health Initial Intervention (MHII) course is designed to teach individuals how to recognize and help employees in the workplace who are displaying signs of mental health distress; until appropriate support is in place or until the crisis is resolved.

This full-day workshop is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and resources they need to develop a return-to-work program and support employees returning to work after an absence.

Disability Claim Management Training

This presentation provides employers with the skills necessary to navigate the process of receiving and managing a disability claim. Employers can also gain an understanding of the resources provided by their current disability plan.

Critical Incident Response Training

The Critical Incidence Response Training course is designed to teach individuals how to respond and help employees after a critical incident to reduce the harmful effects of distress and trauma. This course provides the skills and information necessary to demobilize, defuse, and/or debrief after a traumatic event.
